
Bootcamp
This is 60 minutes of bodyweight strength and conditioning work in Clapham Common. Every session will include a warm up to get you ready both physically & mentally for the session ahead. You can also expect to be running, as well as performing a variety of strength exercises to target your lower body, upper body and core!
This class is guaranteed to improve not only your cardiovascular fitness, but you can also expect your strength & mobility and flexibility to improve.
The sessions are tough but I promise after just a few sessions, you will soon start to feel your strongest & fittest self!


FAQ's
What if I haven’t done any exercise for ages?
It is my number goal to make this class accessible for everyone and to welcome people with all levels of fitness. Whether you’re regularly exercising or not. I will always check with my new members how active they are in their day to day life just so I know what to expect. The class is tailored to be able to work at your own pace, but that doesn’t mean it will be easy. After a few classes, I’ll get to know you a little better and see where & when I can push you! Remember, we all started as newbies at some point!
What do I need to bring to the class?
Please bring plenty of water with you. Some members will bring their own mats with them too which is not required so you don’t need to buy one specifically. But you’re welcome to bring one along if you want to.
What should I wear to the class?
Ensure you wear clothes that you can move in, & comfortable footwear that you will be happy to run in. Some sessions may be wet so ensure you have layers for during / after the session too. Waterproof gloves are recommended for during the Winter months.
What happens if it’s raining?
The session will be going ahead regardless of the weather. If the grass is too wet, we will move onto the basketball courts across the road. You will be notified ahead of the session if this is the case.
