I currently offer 1-1 in person coaching sessions in various locations in Clapham, South West London. I am mostly based out of Trainyard in Clapham North but this can be discussed in more detail during your consultation.

How it Works
Step 1 - Consultation
Completely free of charge and absolutely no obligation to go ahead with sessions afterwards.
This is my way of firstly making sure I am the right coach to be able to help you reach your goals, but more importantly, that you actually like me and my approach to the sessions.
We will discuss what you're wanting to achieve and put a plan in place together that suits you & your lifestyle.
It’s so important to me that you trust me and feel comfortable to ask me questions at any point about your plan.

Step 2 - Movement Assessment
Don’t panic - this will just be 10 mins at the end of the consultation. It gives me the opportunity to see if there are any major movement restrictions that we will want to focus on during our sessions i.e. limited flexibility around the shoulders, or why someone may be feeling some lower back pain during certain movements. What works for one person may not work for another!
Step 3 - Let's Go
Every single session is planned for you based on the information you give me. The more detailed you can be with your goals and the reason you want to work with a PT, the better and more personalised your plans can be!
The sessions are 60 minutes long and we can arrange as many sessions per week as your would like. My plan is for us to fit movement in to your life in a way that feels realistic and sustainable long term!
